Heist is a problem-finding and problem-solving simulation where participants practice the skills to take a wicked problem, define the manageable portions and solve the problem. Participants are tasked with testing the security in a mock-up of a museum by attempting to steal a giant jewel. They learn the art of defining problems from a complex system and executing on a plan with multiple variables in play.

Participants spend the day testing the security of a museum by breaking in and stealing a large jewel. This challenge requires teamwork and creativity, as each challenge in the security system has multiple ways to handle it and the overall system ahs more than one angle of penetration.
